See our open rolesWe started Planyear because we were tired of the daily grind of benefits consulting being harder than it had to be. We’d seen the same problems over and over—carrier documents that never matched, hours lost reformatting data, clunky tools stitched together just to get through renewal season. The technology that was supposed to help us only slowed us down. So instead of waiting for someone else to solve it, we built what we wished we’d had all along.
Planyear exists to give consultants their time back, so they can give their clients their best. Every decision we make, every feature we build, starts with that simple goal: reduce the administrative burden, remove the roadblocks, and open up space for consultants to focus on relationships, strategy, and growth.
We are equal parts benefits consulting expertise and technology innovation. We’ve sat across the table from clients, managed compliance deadlines, and built strategies under pressure. We’ve also engineered platforms, designed user-first experiences, and worked at the leading edge of AI.
